4. Price and Payment

4.4 Prices for the Goods as advertised do not included delivery charges and the price may be increased for any additional transportation, freight, storage, handling, insurance, government, statutory or regulatory charges that relate to the supply of the Goods (if any);
4.5 Goods may be mispriced from time to time despite GS’s best efforts. If any Goods’ correct price is higher than the stated price, GS may at its sole discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
4.6 Products displayed on this website can be purchased using the third party transaction service facility provided.
4.7 You will be asked to register as a member of this website.
4.8 Apart from the many member benefits, including receiving regular emails containing special deals, your shopping address details will be filed saving you the effort of entering these details each time you checkout.
4.9 You must not place an order for Goods using a false name or fraudulently obtained credit card.

5. Risk and Ownership of Goods
5.1 Risk of loss, or damage, to the Goods passes to you on delivery which will occur upon delivery of the Goods by GS to a location nominated by you (Delivery).
5.2 For each order, if a claim in respect of a shortage of Goods has not been lodged with GS within 14 days of the Delivery of some or all of the Goods the subject of the order, GS will be deemed to have delivered all of the Goods the subject of the order..
5.3 Ownership of, and title to, the Goods passes to you only upon payment in full of the total price for the Goods and any other amounts due by you to GS.
5.4 GS retains full legal title to the Goods until payment in full for the Goods is confirmed.

6. Delivery of Goods
6.1 All Goods will be dispatched within 3 working days once payment in full has been confirmed.
6.2 If there are any delays in dispatching of Goods due to their availability, GS will notify you and you have the option to change or cancel the order.
6.3 All Delivery times that may be quoted are estimates based only on availability and normal delivery time during working days.
6.4 Late Deliveries do not entitle you to cancel the order.

7. Returns and Exchanges
7.1 GS will refund faulty or damaged Goods provided the Goods are returned within 14 working days.
7.2 GS is not under any obligation to accept Goods returned by the Customer that are not faulty or damaged.

8. Availability
8.1 GS does not represent or warrant that this website will be accessible or available on a timely basis, or that access to this website will be uninterrupted or error free.

11.2 GS will not be liable for any loss whatsoever to the Customer as a result of a breach of security to this website.
